Furniture, Statuary, and Fountains are non-cancellable once entered into production. Refused shipments of furniture or any motorfreight item will be subject to all the shipping and handling charges plus a 25% re-stocking charge. Ceramic Address Plaques which have been pre-assembled with the customer's requested numbers are non-returnable.
CATALOG ERRORS Catalog errors are neither intended as "false advertising" or as an irrevocable Contract for Sale of an item. Typographical and programming mistakes can occur- if you feel you have encountered an error in our commerce program, we apologize and will gladly make the corrections.
Shipping Times
For Gardenstyle Decor motorfreight custom finished decor, please allow 6-8 weeks delivery. Fountains and custom finished furniture is produced on the manufacturer's schedule. At the time of your order, we contact our vendor for availability and approximate shipping times. Please allow ample time if you are ordering for product arrival for a special event or time of year. Delays are always possible during the completion of orders for a variety of reasons due to the made order nature of products and factory schedules over which we have no control.
Goods shipped by Zazzle are available with express and regular USPS delivery times which varies with the product. If you need it in a day or next week, please see Gardenstyle on Zazzle!

Return Policy
Please choose your custom made decor carefully and with consideration. We are here with customer service to help you make sure you know what you will be receiving. It will be made for you and we cannot take back custom merchandise except for an equal exchange for another item. We cannot pay extra shipping costs for motorfreight to exchange a product. If you want to an exchange a product you ordered for another, you will have to bear the shipping expense.

Motorfreight Claims
Motorfreight claims for damage are handled through the manufacturer who assigned the motorfreight carrier. Please report any damage on arrival of a product to us immediately and we will notify the manufacturer.

We accept payment by Zelle, checks, money orders and wire transfers. Transfer within Wells Fargo is also available.
